Sofa Glide - Height 10mm - Diameter 32mm
Furniture glides are essential in protecting floors and making it easy to move furniture across carpets. This Polypropylene sofa glide is our smallest in size, with a height of only 10mm and a diameter of 32mm. These glides can be used in a wide range of furniture applications, not just sofas. The glides come with a central hole for screwing into wooden frames and cabinets.

How to attach a screw-through glide foot to your sofa
- Flip the sofa on its side/back
So you can access the base frame. - Position the glide
- Place it where you want support (usually near corners or edges)
- Slightly inset from the edge if you want it hidden
- Mark the hole (optional but helpful)
- Use a pencil through the centre hole
- Pre-drill a small pilot hole (recommended)
- Especially if the wood is hardwood
- Prevents splitting
- Drive a screw through the centre hole
- Use a wood screw (not included)
- Screw straight through the glide into the frame
- Tighten until snug
- Don’t overtighten, or you might crack the plastic
- ✔ Typical screw size: 20–30 mm long (depends on frame thickness)
- ✔ If your sofa base is thin plywood → use shorter screws
