Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout based on the product's size, weight, and delivery address.
• Courier Companies are Imposing Additional Costs for Residential, Rural, Auckland Metro, and Outer Island addresses. Using a non-rural business address will help you save on freight costs. If you have a rural address and have not included the RD# number in your address, we will contact you with the additional freight cost.
• If you have more than one product in your order, you may receive the different products in separate parcels. This is often done to prevent damage and reduce postage costs.

Domestic Delivery Times

• Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 1 pm. Orders received after 1 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
• Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible, but the dispatch times indicated are subject to change.
• We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days.
• Standard size items are usually delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
• Rural home delivery will take longer and usually adds another 3-4 days; allow approximately 7 business days for delivery ($5.25 + gst additional fee applies).
• The maximum delivery time for all domestic orders will not exceed 14 business days unless pre-ordered or otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

International Shipping

• International shipping is currently only available through the website to the USA and Australia. However, if you email us your order inquiry and address, we will provide a quote for your shipping cost, and you can pay your invoice easily via one of our payment gateways.
• Caford New Zealand Ltd is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges on international orders.
• Duties, taxes, and customs charges vary by the destination country. For information regarding these fees, please contact the customs office in the destination country.
• Please note that you are still responsible for duties, taxes, and customs charges if you refuse a package upon delivery.
