Metal and Nylon sockets designed specifcally for timber application:

  • Nylon sockets are secured to the furniture frame via radial pressure to the wall of the entire internal drill hole
  • Metal sockets have the benefit of being narrow and tapered which reduces pressure on the hole wall. A serrated flanged provides a secure hold which lends itself to applications where it is being inserted into end-of-grain timber.
